本團(tuán)隊現(xiàn)有固定研究人員7人,， 4人具有博士學(xué)位,；其中教授2人,、副教授3人，形成了一個專業(yè)背景,、年齡結(jié)構(gòu)比較合理的研究團(tuán)隊,。共承擔(dān)各級各類項目20余項，其中國家自然科學(xué)基金項目3項,；發(fā)表科研論文50余篇,，其中SCI收錄10篇。
二,、主要研究內(nèi)容
本團(tuán)隊立足地區(qū)資源優(yōu)勢開展基礎(chǔ)及應(yīng)用研究工作,，主要代表性工作包括：一是植物種質(zhì)資源長期保存及其耐性生理機(jī)制研究，特別是針對本地區(qū)特色植物珙桐,、水杉的種質(zhì)資源進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研究,，對珍稀瀕危植物物種的延續(xù)具有重要意義,；二是植物資源收集、開發(fā)與改良以及繁殖,、栽培技術(shù)研究,，選育多個優(yōu)良蔬菜及花卉品種，為本地優(yōu)勢植物資源的挖掘和高山蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展做出了極大貢獻(xiàn),。
