報(bào)告摘要：The global threshold dynamics of an epidemic model of SIQS type in environments with fluctuations are characterized, where the quarantine class are explicitly involved. Criteria are established for the permanence and extinction of the infective in environments with time oscillations. In particular, an environment which varies periodically in time is further considered. The global threshold dynamic scenarios (i..e, the existence and global asymptotic stability of the disease-free periodic solution, the existence of the endemic periodic solution and the permanence of the infective) are completely characterized by the basic reproduction number defined by the spectral radius of an associated linear integral operator.

報(bào)告人簡(jiǎn)介：范猛,，東北師范大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)與統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)院二級(jí)教授,、博士生導(dǎo)師。主要從事非線性動(dòng)力學(xué)系統(tǒng)和生物數(shù)學(xué)研究,，出版專著和教材各1部,，共同主編論文集和進(jìn)展特刊7部,，在B Math Biol、J Theor Biol,、Math Biosci等發(fā)表論文百余篇,，主持NSFC和省部級(jí)項(xiàng)目13項(xiàng)，連續(xù)六年入選Elsevier中國(guó)高被引學(xué)者,。獲國(guó)務(wù)院政府特殊津貼,、教育部新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才、吉林省首批長(zhǎng)白山學(xué)者特聘教授,、吉林省高級(jí)專家等榮譽(yù),；獲教育部自然科學(xué)獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng),、第六屆秦元?jiǎng)讛?shù)學(xué)獎(jiǎng)、吉林省第七屆青年科技獎(jiǎng)等科技獎(jiǎng)勵(lì),；獲寶鋼教育獎(jiǎng)優(yōu)秀教師獎(jiǎng),、明德教師獎(jiǎng)、吉林省高等教育教學(xué)成果獎(jiǎng)等教學(xué)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì),。曾在美國(guó)Arizona State University和Purdue University,、加拿大York University和University of Alberta、日本Shimane University和Osaka Prefecture University等進(jìn)行學(xué)術(shù)訪問?，F(xiàn)任4種期刊編委,、中國(guó)數(shù)學(xué)會(huì)常務(wù)理事、中國(guó)數(shù)學(xué)會(huì)生物數(shù)學(xué)專業(yè)委員會(huì)副主任,、吉林省數(shù)學(xué)會(huì)秘書長(zhǎng),、吉林省工業(yè)與應(yīng)用數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)副理事長(zhǎng)等。
