報告摘要:The outbreak of a disease has negative effects on the economy, and economic activities affect the spread of a disease. In this talk, based on the relationship between economic activities and infectious diseases, we establish a SEIRG epidemic model. Applying the near-maximum condition of a Hamiltonian function, we provide sufficient and necessary conditions for the near optimal control problem of the SEIRG system. In addition, we obtain the optimal control function of the research system. Finally, we develop an algorithm for a near optimal control problem and use numerical simulations to illustrate the effects of vaccination and treatment.
報告人簡介:張啟敏,,寧夏大學數學統計學院二級教授,博士研究生導師,寧夏自治區(qū)313人才,。中國生物數學學會常務理事,中國人口學會理事和寧夏統計學會理事,。長期以來一直從事隨機種群模型,、流行病模型及生態(tài)模型動力學、最優(yōu)控制及數值計算理論研究工作,。主持國家自然基金4項,、國家社科基金1項、寧夏自然基金目4項及寧夏重點研發(fā)項目1項,。在科學出版社出版學術專著3部,,發(fā)表論文100余篇。
